Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Temmu.id platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description & Temmu's Role

Temmu.id (operated by PT Orion Solusi Digital) is a SaaS platform offering: a business-page and online-store builder (Storefront), tools to author and schedule social-media posts, a unified WhatsApp / Instagram / Threads inbox, AI content assistance, domain hosting, and payment integration via gateway partners.

Temmu.id acts purely as a Software-as-a-Service provider and Tech Provider. We are not a marketplace operator, do not own the products our users sell, and are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.

3. Commercial Transactions & Responsibility

Our platform facilitates transactions through payment-gateway integrations. You agree that:

• Not a party to the transaction: Temmu.id has no control over the quality, safety, or legality of products or services you offer. The sales contract is solely between you (Seller) and your Customer (Buyer).
• Guest checkout: the storefront supports purchases without buyer registration. Buyer data you receive (name, email, phone, address) is your responsibility to process in line with applicable data-protection law.
• Xendit sub-account: if you enable sub-account integration, sales proceeds settle directly to your Xendit balance. Temmu acts only as a transaction delegator.
• Settlement: disbursement follows banking-system and gateway-partner rules. Temmu.id is not liable for delays caused by third-party verification or incorrect bank-account data.
• Disputes & refunds: all disputes, complaints, refund requests, or legal claims from buyers are your sole responsibility. Temmu.id does not provide customer-dispute mediation.

4. AI Tokens & AI Services

• AI tokens are platform credits, not financial instruments, currency, or a payment instrument.
• Tokens are non-refundable to cash and non-transferable between accounts.
• Each AI feature call deducts from the token balance; tokens expire per the package terms in effect at purchase.
• Temmu makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or commercial fitness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication.
• You may not use AI features to produce content prohibited under Section 6, including impersonation, misleading deepfakes, or false claims.

5. Social-Media Integrations

• By connecting a Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or WhatsApp Business account, you authorize Temmu to publish content and receive inbound messages on behalf of that account, within the scope of permissions you approve in Meta's OAuth flow.
• You remain fully responsible for compliance with Meta Community Standards, Meta Platform Terms, and applicable law.
• You may disconnect at any time from the dashboard; access tokens will be removed from our systems.
• Temmu may disable posting features if Meta revokes our API access, if your account violates Meta policies, or upon Meta's official instruction.
• Temmu does not aggregate or sell your Meta data and does not use it for advertising.

6. Prohibited Content & Legal Compliance

Users may not use Temmu for activities that violate Indonesian law, including but not limited to:

• Online gambling or gambling-related content.
• Pornography or indecent material.
• Content inciting hatred against ethnicity, religion, race, or social group (SARA).
• Fraud, Ponzi schemes, or other illegal financial activity.
• Infringement of third-party Intellectual Property Rights.
• Spreading hoaxes, defamation, or disinformation.
• AI-generated content intended to impersonate real people, produce misleading deepfakes, or make deceptive medical / financial / legal claims.

7. Right to Suspend or Block Accounts

Temmu.id reserves the full right to monitor activity and content created on our platform. We may, at our sole discretion:

• Remove content deemed to violate the rules.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently block sites/accounts that breach these Terms or compromise platform safety, without prior notice.
• Report illegal activity to authorities where necessary.

8. Domains & Custom Domains

• The Pro plan provides a .biz.id domain as set out in Section 2.
• Paid-plan users may connect their own custom domain. Users are responsible for registration, renewal, and DNS configuration per our guidance.
• Temmu does not register, renew, or hold ownership of non-.biz.id domains on a user's behalf.
• If DNS is misconfigured, we may disable the custom-domain mapping until configuration is corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TEMMU.ID OR PT ORION SOLUSI DIGITAL BE LIABLE FOR:

• Financial loss, lost profits, lost data, or legal disputes arising from the user running their business on our platform.
• Technical failure, downtime, or data leaks caused by cyberattack or factors outside our technical control.
• Fraudulent acts a user commits against their own buyers. Users release Temmu.id from any third-party customer claims.
• Consequences of using AI-generated content, including inaccurate information or undetected IP infringement.
• Policy changes, API changes, access termination, or moderation actions by Meta, Google, or other integrated third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
